This is a selfie I took in my last visit to New Mexico in 2018. I hope I can take a similar picture in Florida, one of the few states that does not have wind farms yet.
Although wind energy in Florida is challenging due to low wind speeds, it may be possible to begin to harness wind energy in Florida with newer technology. The analysis in findings were published in a recent article in Applied Energy.
